Description

10-3/4" or 10.75"" Stainless steel cable stay most often used to support diffusers, splitters, and bodywork:

Use with two Clevis Rod End for Support Cables PZ0388 and two Bracket for Cable Support of Diffusers & Side Pods 02BM016 to make a complete single stay.
Total overall length is 10-3/4" or 273.1mm.
304 stainless steel cable is 3/32" in diameter with a breaking strength of 1,200lbs.
Both ends have crimped on male 10-32 right hand thread fittings with a total thread length of 3/4" on each end.
- Jam nuts are included on both ends.
- Gives you a total of just under 1.5" of tightening capability. This stay is good for gaps of 10.75" down to 9.25".
Often used to support rear diffusers on formula race cars. If you bottom the car out out, the stay will flex and bend allowing deflection of the bodywork to reduce damage, but will not allow more extension length wise.
