Various sizes of flathead 5/16" diameter shank aluminum self-eject slotted quarter turn "Dzus" fasteners:

Clear anodized 7075 grade aluminum self-eject slotted quarter turn fasteners available in various grip lengths to accommodate your needs. Much lighter option than steel fasteners.
Manufactured in the U.S.A.
Head Type: Slotted
Head Style: Flush
Head Size: 5/8" or 0.625" diameter approximately
Undercut: No
Mounting Plate: Measures 1.05" rivet center to rivet center. 1.47" total length, 0.885" width.
Quarter Turn Fastener Shank Diameter (in): 5/16” in.
Quarter Turn Fastener Grip Length (in): 0.400" to 0.800"
Material & Finish: Clear anodized 7075 grade aluminum. Natural silver/ grey aluminum in color.
