The Memory Module from AiM expands the memory and the utility of your AiM "5th Generation" data logger (MXG/MXS, MXL 2, EVO4S, or EVO5) by adding a standard SD card to the mix!
The Memory Module plugs into the CAN system (typical installations will require a CAN Data Hub, sold separately). No configuration is required. Data will automatically record to the card when it is inserted. Excellent for endurance racing! Assign each driver an SD card and change the card during driver changes. The team can have immediate access to the data while the car goes back out on track. Bonus: All data is simultaneously recorded on the card and in the logger memory. That means the next driver can still check the highlights of the previous driver's stint, right on the dash!
Make test days more productive! Use two SD cards, changing them each time the car comes into the pits for an adjustment. Download and compare data while the next change is being evaluated on the track.
Save your laptop! Stop trying to balance your laptop on top of the car and squinting at the screen in the bright sunlight. Take the data to the computer and review it in the comfort of the trailer. When closed, the Memory Module is waterproof to IP65 standards. Accepts any standard SD memory card up to 128 GB (not included); this Memory Module kit includes a single 4 GB SD card. 40cm (15") connector cable. Not compatible with original MXL, EVO3/EVO4, or MyChron series.
