The 4002 series Camlocs are designed to be used with a metal grommet to help spread the attachment forces. The Flush Grommet mounts in countersunk panels up to 0.117" thick or dimpled panels up to 0.086" thick. Counter-bore or spot-face the back of thicker panels to install these grommets.
