This is the same 3-bolt mounting flange supplied with our compact Tilton formula ford super starter, Part No.30-1151. It mounts to the starter by three Allen-head cap screws.
The original full-size Tilton Formula Ford Super Starter (Part Nos.30- 1155 and 30-1165-002) uses a different Formula ford starter mount, Part No.30-1158. The two styles are not interchangeable. The body of the original Tilton Super Starter is black and measures 3 3/16" diameter. The body of the XLT starter is yellow plated and measures 2 3/4".
